Kasutustingimused ja privaatsuspoliitika

Käesolevad tingimused („tingimused“) reguleerivad kõiki õigussuhteid, pakkumisi, müüki ja tarneid Miniature OÜ(registrikood 14807255) ja veebipoe miniature.ee („veebipood“) kasutaja („klient“) vahel. Miniature OÜ tegutseb Miniature Studio nime all aadressil Veemeistri tee 3-29, 61402 Haage, Eesti.

Veebipoe kasutamisega või tellimuse esitamisega nõustute käesolevate tingimustega.

1. General Terms

  • 1.1 These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Web Store.

  • 1.2 All legal relations are subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  • 1.3 We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately after publication.

  • 1.4 All products are handmade and may slightly differ in color tone, shape, or texture from the catalog images due to their custom and artisanal nature. These natural differences are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

2. Prices

  • 2.1 All prices are in euros (€) and include Estonian VAT (24%).

  • 2.2 Shipping costs are added during checkout. Orders over €300 include free shipping.

  • 2.3 Clients outside the EU are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

  • 2.4 Price updates apply to future orders only.

3. Orders and Payments

  • 3.1 Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to place an order.

  • 3.2 Provide accurate contact and shipping information.

  • 3.3 Payment methods: bank transfer, bank link, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • 3.4 The sales contract takes effect once payment is received in full.

4. Shipping

  • 4.1 We ship within Estonia via Itella SmartPOST, Omniva, DPD, and courier; in Europe via DPD, Omniva, or UPS.

  • 4.2 Production time varies and is specified on each product page.

  • 4.3 Delivery times: Estonia 2–5 days; Europe 7–9 days.

  • 4.4 You’ll receive tracking info or pickup details by email.

  • 4.5 We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

5. Tagastamine ja tagasimaksed

  • 5.1 Kasutamata tooted võib tagastada 14 päeva jooksul, saates e-kirja aadressile info@miniature.ee.

  • 5.2 Tagastatavad tooted peavad olema kasutamata ja originaalpakendis.

  • 5.3 Tagasisaatmise kulud kannab klient, välja arvatud juhul, kui tagasisaatmine on tingitud veast.

  • 5.4 Tagasimaksed töödeldakse 14 päeva jooksul alates tagastatud kauba või saatmistõendi kättesaamisest.

  • 5.5 Tagastusaadress: Veemeistri tee 3-29, 61402 Haage, Eesti.

  • 5.6 Tellimusel valmistatud tooteid ei saa tagastada, välja arvatud juhul, kui need on defektsed.

6. Toote garantii ja defektid

  • 6.1 Defektidest võib teatada 1 kuu jooksul pärast nende avastamist ja kuni 1 aasta jooksul pärast tarnimist.

  • 6.2 6 kuu jooksul eeldatakse, et defektid on olemas olnud juba varem, kui ei ole tõendatud teisiti.

  • 6.3 Me parandame, asendame või hüvitame defektsed tooted.

  • 6.4 Ei vastuta väärkasutuse, õnnetuste või normaalse kulumise eest.

  • 6.5 Kaebused: info@miniature.ee. Vastused 15 päeva jooksul.

7. Autoriõigus

  • 7.1 Kogu sisu on Miniature OÜ omand.

  • 7.2 Ilma loata paljundamine või levitamine on keelatud.

  • Government authorities when required

  • Authorized individuals with your consent

8.5 Konfidentsiaalsus ja turvalisus

We apply strong security measures to protect your data, such as:

  • Encrypted passwords

  • Firewalls and antivirus protection

  • Regular encrypted backups

  • Restricted access to authorized personnel only

8.6 Andmete säilitamine

We keep your personal data as long as required to fulfill orders or comply with the law:

  • Accounting records: 7 years

  • Purchase history (for dispute resolution): until limitation period ends

9. Vastutus ja vääramatu jõud

  • 9.1 Kumbki pool ei vastuta vääramatu jõu tõttu tekkinud rikkumiste eest.

  • 9.2 Meie vastutus on piiratud toote eest makstud summaga.

  • 9.3 Me ei vastuta meie veebisaidilt lingitud väliste veebisaitide sisu eest.
